This figure is based on 8 hours of full operation during months of August –May which accounts for about 95 % of the yearly cost ($9806.00). Throughout the months of June and July when school is not in session we could expect a bill of around 500-600 dollars.
Heating Oil $9,854.00 per year
Boilers use began in October of each year and continued through the last part of April. Boilers would run steady during the school day and then be ran at a minimum during the night and weekends.

Mowing & Grounds $4,592.00 per year ($650.00 per month)

Building Maintenance $4,800.00 per year (estimate)

The roof on the main building and the gym are beginning to leak which will require attention soon.

Plumbing needs to be updated such as fixtures & infrastructure.

Some electrical panels need to be replaced if the building is to be updated.

The heating system is computer controlled. It is heated with two oil fired boilers which are 4 years old. All heaters in the classrooms have been replaced.

Windows have been replaced with double insulated windows.

There is also a shop building that is in good shape.
